The service advisor is nice treats you with respect, but I just don't think the Communication between the service adviser and the service technician is adequate. I brought my vehicle in for multiple servic I just don't think the Communication between the service adviser and the service technician is adequate. I brought my vehicle in for multiple services. They kept my vehicle for 3 weeks and only performed some of the services I requested. I repeatedly asked my service advisor if all the work was completed and he assured me it was done and ready for pickup. It takes a lot for me to drop my vehicle off and get a ride home, so to have to do this again because the work I requested was not completed is very disappointing. This dealership is always packed and it seems like they are under staffed for the volume of vehicles they service. I used to bring my vehicle in for oil changes and have to wait hours for it. Now I go to Jiffy Lube and I'm in and out in 25 minutes. More
I have always had great service but was very upset after my last visit when I was charged over $600 to diagnose my vehicles issues. I wouldn’t have cared if this money would have been used toward a repair b my last visit when I was charged over $600 to diagnose my vehicles issues. I wouldn’t have cared if this money would have been used toward a repair but there were no parts available due to its age. I don’t mind paying a non-refundable amount to have the vehicle checked but charging for each issue seems excessive. Had I known this, I would have started with a couple of the more important issues because paying $600 doesn’t make sense to check out a car worth $2,000 at best. More
