I was in & out in 4 hours. They didn’t mark up their vehicles like other places are doing right now. They didn’t force you to purchase something that was already added on. The wait to check in was short and I’m sure they completed my oil change competently. However, the customer service was lacking. I felt rushed and was repeatedly cut off when trying to ask questions completed my oil change competently. However, the customer service was lacking. I felt rushed and was repeatedly cut off when trying to ask questions. I asked for a car wash and was told it was down, so I asked if they could wash it if it came back up. His reply was “well it probably won’t come up”. Well okay then. I asked if I could have a reminder sticker put on my windshield, that wasn’t done. When I asked about that, his reply was “just count 5,000 miles from the current odometer reading.” Lol ok. Did the job get done? Yes. It took 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. Did I leave there raving about the service I received? Absolutely not. Will I be back? Probably, just will low expectations. More
