I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes from Annapolis a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the car developed a slow leak(due to a nail) in the rear tire a few days ago. I was able to get a same day service ap a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the car developed a slow leak(due to a nail) in the rear tire a few days ago. I was able to get a same day service appointment with Peter Herman. Peter was very sympathetic and helpful to my situation. He was able to replace the tire under warranty. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. More

His integrity manifests itself as being paramount to his character. He exercises extreme patience and makes you feel as if you are a top tier customer, which is paramount to an OCD customer like me.
