1) Steve has been my Customer Care rep for my last two vehicles. He is always efficient, professional, courteous. Also very patient with trouble shooting or any questions I may have. 2) receptionists ar vehicles. He is always efficient, professional, courteous. Also very patient with trouble shooting or any questions I may have. 2) receptionists are mediocre. Never feel as though they’re “in the moment”. The equivalent of AutoZone or similar when checking out. 3) Loaner, although appreciated, was filthy. Huge clumps of pet hair, all over carpet and backseat with a sticky smeared consul. 4) parts and merchandise nice enough, however extremely slow and unorganized. More

Wayne, Dean and the entire Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis staff were AMAZING! Wayne listened to my must haves (sunroof, black interior, and no black exterior) and exceeded my expectations. When I initially v staff were AMAZING! Wayne listened to my must haves (sunroof, black interior, and no black exterior) and exceeded my expectations. When I initially visit the dealership on Saturday, I wasn't immediately sold on the GLB due to the exterior color; however, my mother and son fell in LOVE with the SUV. I returned on Monday to have my husband test drive it and to see what he thought. He felt the SUV was a perfect fit except the exterior was black and he didn't like the rims. Wayne was able to locate a gray exterior GLB; however, it was located at another dealership I believe in PA. Wayne took us out to the lot so I could see what the gray exterior with black interior would look like and stumbled across another black GLB, but it had a different style of rims and more features that my husband LOVED. The ONLY negative thing about the SUV was that the exterior was black. We all went back inside to discuss all the different feature the SUV on the lot had to offer; however, I was still on the fence due to the exterior color. During my online car search I did view a BMW X3 and wanted to test drive one before making my final decision. Wayne further discussed my concerns with Dean who came over to see what he could do to finalize the deal. Once I explained to him, I wanted to test drive a X3 before making a final decision he informed me that the dealership actually had one on the lot that I could test drive. Once we return from the X3 test drive, Wayne took us for a test drive in the GLB with the additional features such as parking assist etc. Once he showed us the feature of the SUV parking itself, I was immediately sold; however, again the exterior color was my hold up. Wayne discussed this with Dean who gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. They even offered to order McDonalds via door dash for my 7-year-old son. EXCELLENT customer service and would recommend these guys to anyone. I will DEFINITELY be buying from this dealership again in the future. More
