My regular service advisor was promoted and transferred to another Ray Catena dealership. Since this was the first time I was working with Chad Kaplan, I was somewhat apprehensive. Joe was super helpful & he was able to turn my Lease Buyout around in a short time. I was traveling mid-week and I could not be without a car. Joe was able have the service department do my required wor Buyout around in a short time. I was traveling mid-week and I could not be without a car.
