We were fortunate to be assigned to James McDonald as our salesperson back in October 2025. James greeted us warmly and asked very detailed questions to meet our purchase requirements. We were fortunate to take advantage of a Hybrid special which was ending on the same day. After several months of car repairs and due to the age of our cars, we proceeded to purchase a 2026 GLC 350 E4. James answered our questions and made us feel welcome to reach out to him at any time. We were not accustomed to all the latest technology, so it was a bit intimidating initially. To this day, if we have a question or concern, we know James is willing to advise, guide, and provide answers. We appreciate his professionalism, customer care, and extensive product knowledge.
