I took my Mercedes to the Woodlands dealership for service! Steve, was my service adviser! My car had sat covered in the garage for 3 years! It was waaaay overdue for the regular scheduled maintenance service! Steve, was my service adviser! My car had sat covered in the garage for 3 years! It was waaaay overdue for the regular scheduled maintenance and Steve also recommended changing the transmission fluid, spark plugs, and differential fluid, because, it had sat so long! He seemed like a straight shooter and I’d had a good experience buying my SL550 from them 6 years previously! The total repair cost of $2,200 seemed high, but, broken down over 3 years of no service and it becomes more necessary and more reasonable! The work was done faster than expected and it runs better than ever. This car has a powerful high performance engine, so bargain shopping repairs and maintenance is out of the question! I had a great experience buying my car from Mercedes Benz The Woodlands. I would highly recommend them if you’re buying a Mercedes or needing one serviced! Ask for Steve. He gets it done! More
