You brace yourself for a bad experience when going to a car dealership but at Mike Murphy Ford it never happened. I moved to Illinois two years ago and this dealership has treated me great from their servi car dealership but at Mike Murphy Ford it never happened. Car broke down around the corner, had the tow truck take it in, submitted the repair paper, and within a few days they had called me about what was wrong. Repair was covered under the used car warranty from it in, submitted the repair paper, and within a few days they had called me about what was wrong.
