Let me start by saying I have been a customer for over 3 years and this is my first (and last) bad experience. I have never had my F150 serviced anywhere but a Ford dealer. I took my truck in for an oil cha years and this is my first (and last) bad experience. I have never had my F150 serviced anywhere but a Ford dealer. I took my truck in for an oil change yesterday and the mechanic gave it all green checks on the courtesy inspection. On the drive home I noticed the rear brakes began grinding. Upon arriving at home I removed the driver side rear tire to find the brake pad was completely worn away. Not unexpected with 110k on the brakes but being told they inspected and were good was not true. Either the mechanic was incompetent or they did not do the inspection and falsified the report. If they had actually done the inspection and told me about the brakes they would have made money because I would have had them replace the brakes. Either way the service department violated my trust and will not see me back. I called and spoke with General Manager and the only thing they could say was sorry. More

I’m generally happy the guys were very professional. The one is that everything I asked for it wasn’t on receipt. When I made appointment is asked for a oil change and tires rotated. They did oil change and one is that everything I asked for it wasn’t on receipt. When I made appointment is asked for a oil change and tires rotated. They did oil change and all the inspections but no tire Rotation. I know it is partially my fault for not checking. When I checked out he said everything is Done . I can have it done next oil change. I’m handicapped and it was a over site. I didn’t wait long either so I rate 4 out of 5 if they would have done tires. Thank you, Mike Gresham More

We were randomly assigned to the car salesman named “Richie”. My baby faced (26 year old) brother and I (a nearly 30 year old woman) went to test drive a car at this dealership. Richie exclaimed “that’ “Richie”. My baby faced (26 year old) brother and I (a nearly 30 year old woman) went to test drive a car at this dealership. Richie exclaimed “that’s a lot of money” when my brother told him which (modestly priced) car we wanted to look at. Upon returning from our test drive, he again said “that’s a lot of money. You can buy a lot of other nice cars for that much money”. I’m not exactly sure what his intentions were, as it was not some expensive sports car that we were looking at? But he clearly was not in the business of trying to sell a car. He said “well, you have my card” and that was the end of our interaction with him. More than happy to take our business ANYWHERE else! This was the only interaction (and will be the last) at Mike Murphy Ford. More
