Everything was great from the salesman, Robin to the general manager to the finance manager, and to my service advisor Derrick. I wish I would’ve known about this dealership before I purchase my truck general manager to the finance manager, and to my service advisor Derrick. The service department is absolutely amazing. Dakota kept me in the loop of my daughters vehicle. The electrical power steering went out and the part was on back order and Dakota kept me informed Dakota kept me in the loop of my daughters vehicle. The electrical power steering went out and the part was on back order and Dakota kept me informed of the time it was ordered and the progress of the delivery. Once the part came in she scheduled the appointment to have the vehicle dropped off for repair. The repair progress was updated as the work was being done. I do not see here name and photo under the service department but I give Dakota 5 stars. I also giver the mechanic Mike 5 stars because the maintenance department is not on here as well. More
