Couple things. When i call the receptionist appears to be busy talking to another person or persons. Bugs me !! Also after a 24 year relationship and 6 audi's purchased at your dealership I was told that be busy talking to another person or persons. Bugs me !! Also after a 24 year relationship and 6 audi's purchased at your dealership I was told that the courtesy car I needed had a charge attached to it. It was only $10 a day...but come on...really? You're going to nickel and dime a good customer for $10? Pitiful. I refused this charge and Beth and Taylor agreed to not charge me after i mentioned getting Trey and Bill Ferry involved. Those 2 guys have stood by me for 24 years. Your policy for a courtesy car needs to be revisited especially when facing a long term customer and a bill for $1600...just saying.... More

The communication from the service department is really good. They call you with updates and always answer your questions.
