Altough this was covered under warranty, I bought this vehicle used and the multi-point inspection should have caught this before I took ownership. They also missed the front end being completely out of a vehicle used and the multi-point inspection should have caught this before I took ownership. I just purchased a Toyota Sequoia from My Auto. This is the 4th car I’ve gotten from them in 15 years. (2 Toyota’s, 1 Audi, and 1 Subaru). Service people are very polite. I had a problem with Sam's Club free balance and rotation on tires . I made an appointment at Sam's Club at 12:00 and didn't finish until 5:00pm and Sam's Club failed. Sam's Club free balance and rotation on tires . I made an appointment at Sam's Club at 12:00 and didn't finish until 5:00pm and Sam's Club failed. I went to My Auto Import Center and they rotated my tires and were able to get the lug nuts off without breaking anything. They then made an appointment for me to get my tires balanced. I had to pay for the service, but after dealing with Sam's Club, it was worth it. More
