We had 2 pre-arranged appts in the last month. On both occasions, we waited and waited and the staff did not appear prepared for our appts with paperwork, etc. They were nice, friendly etc but it’s very f occasions, we waited and waited and the staff did not appear prepared for our appts with paperwork, etc. They were nice, friendly etc but it’s very frustrating to make appts and then wait while you prepare. When we actually purchased our vehicle from lease (2nd appt), it took 90 min. OMG. That’s ridiculous. Should have taken 30 min. I don’t appreciate having to watch a video about coating on a vehicle. Really? We love our Subaru but will shop elsewhere next time. More

I am a nurse and first time car buyer from a dealership not only did I get out late due to my job but I was dead tired and exhausted by the end of the day when I and first time car buyer from a dealership not only did I get out late due to my job but I was dead tired and exhausted by the end of the day when I could get to the dealership with my husband. Andrew patiently walked myself and my husband through buy a car even though he ended up staying until 9:30 10pm at night because my old car was unsafe to drive and I needed a new car right away. He patiently addressed all our questions and concerns and helped steer me to a car that suited my needs and preferences. Every member of the team was kind and patient with two very tired nurses making me actually manage to enjoy getting a new car. Bill Ferry and Jacob Childress kept a light friendly humor and very clear straightforward information which was helpful and appreciated. Then Andrew also helped me set up the app on a day that was convenient to me so I could make starting my car from my phone when winter comes and I don’t want to walk out to the garage more then once. Andrew and in fact everyone who helped me get my car have gone above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it and just wish I could give them more stars. They deserve it. More
