Update… so I brought in a vehicle I purchased used to be inspected. When I reached out and received pricing for a diagnostic of the overall vehicle I was told one price, I was happy with the cost to find ou inspected. When I reached out and received pricing for a diagnostic of the overall vehicle I was told one price, I was happy with the cost to find out if the vehicle was a safe for my High Schooler to drive. I was first told that a EVAP valve needed to be replaced I approved the repair and then later in the same visit told a hose also needed to be replaced which then doubled the cost. I approved the repairs because that is what was needed for my child to be safe on the road in this vehicle. A 27 point inspection was completed at that time. Fast forward 2 month later there is another issue I take the vehicle in for inspection again and now the front struts need to be replaced for close to $1,700.00 I denied the service to receive a bill for $240 ish dollars. The prior 27 point inspection should have uncovered this issues the first time around… I was told that they had just focused on the check engine light that was on at the prior appointment and not what I had actually asked which was a used car inspection. Which should have caught all the issues in the beginning which was the entire purpose of bringing the vehicle. Do not go here! I repeat this is not the place to bring your vehicle if your concern is the safety of your family in the vehicle. Never again! Seems like they just double the cost every time you come in. And they did not mention that I should also get the rear shock absorbers replaced too I found that out by actually requesting an itemized quote which was not provided until I asked. This place is now basically holding my vehicle hostage I just want to get my daughters car and go somewhere else and they won’t return my cars for 2 days #singlemomtakenadvantageof More
