Horrible experience once again with Donald. To start I received an email with a coupon for oil change and a link to schedule an appointment and when I try to schedule on line it’s impossible. I To start I received an email with a coupon for oil change and a link to schedule an appointment and when I try to schedule on line it’s impossible. I figured the system was down so I decided to chat and ask for an appointment. I received a call the next day which I missed but they left a name and number to return the call. I called and got a voicemail in which I left a message asking for the desired day and time I wanted an appointment for oil change. Never got a call back. So I called the next day and of course it was an automated service that was so frustrating to deal with because it would get the wrong information I was was telling it. Finally get to the oil change and Donald refuses to use the coupon. We insisted and he said no I already made the invoice. We asked if he can redo it and he said no. What good are the coupons if we can’t use them. He was also rude to the guy after me but after arguing he took his coupon. I don’t know if it was because he was a male but he said no to us. This situation was even made worse when the following Friday I took my other car to get survive next door and they were great!!! The person was very nice polite pleasant and helpful. And I have to deal with this time and time again with Penske. I’ve been going there for over 10 years and never had a problem but the last few times Donald helps me it’s a very unpleasant experience. More
