We ordered our VW ID. 4 xxxxxxAWD June 14 2021 and then went to North Penn VW for a test drive and met Matt Treichel. Over a year later on July 8 we picked up our ID.4 and 4 xxxxxxAWD June 14 2021 and then went to North Penn VW for a test drive and met Matt Treichel. Over a year later on July 8 we picked up our ID.4 and throughout the long wait and until the actual purchase Matt Treichel was extremely helpful and informative. He was especially good at orienting us to the new EV experience before we drove off in our new car. On the first day of the test drive we indicated that we would like to sell our VW Passat TDI SEL. North Penn VW gave us a much better price than anyone else. This gave us the start for our funds for the ID.4 I highly recommend North Penn VW and Matt Treichel to anyone looking for a good experience buying a volkswagen. More
