I had the best experience I’ve ever had hands down! Due to two people I dealt with there. Antonio I was met with when I walked in and he was the friendliest person and made me feel at home the minute I wal to two people I dealt with there. Jason was more than accommodating, helpful and made the experience enjoyable and easy going. I can’t say enough about these guys other than if yourself looking for a car this is the ONLY place to go! They offered a fair price, were willing to by out our lease from another brand and then located the color combo we wanted 200 miles away and had it in hand and ready for us within 3 days. In particular, Tim did a great job and left us feeling well cared for with this being our best car buying experience to date. More

Tim makes you feel like there is no pressure on buying right then and there, gives you the time you need to go through everything at your own pace, and truly answers your questions with honesty and care to make sure you are making the right decision for you and your family. If you do make the decision to buy (which we did) we met up with Jason. Jason talks to you and not down to you or at you. Jason again shows the knowledge and care that makes you feel comfortable in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and does not rush you through the process (Ask your questions and I am sure that you will get your answers without being judged). In my opinion North Penn VW is a dealership that you can trust and get an outstanding experience when you are buying a new car. More
