Always top notch service I have been using North Penn VW service for several years. There has never been a time while the cars have been in for service that the staff has not I have been using North Penn VW service for several years. There has never been a time while the cars have been in for service that the staff has not been professional and courteous. The waiting area is clean and upscale. There is free coffee and hot chocolate and tea and bottled water. The service techs are knowledgeable and do the work correctly the first time. I never seem to have to wait too long for service to be completed. If something is going to take longer than expected, the service coordinator will come out and explain the issues and estimate time of completion. In other words, I am never left hanging once the car enters the bay for service. More

Then we take a look at the new 2019 VW Jetta and we are attracted to its new look and learning the warranty 72, 000 miles or 7 years. and oil change every year, 30 mpg to 40 mpg so that's so good, we will be going to gas station once in a while. We will find it out if this is true. The Car Sales Representative Bill is very cooperative and able to answer our question and got a very good explanation regarding our needs for the type of car. The payment with Jeff section is very good, it explain everything about the sales and suggesting important things for car warranty including tires and wheels and others. I will try having different car Model, I already have 3 Ford Fusion SE and the reviews from NHTSA thousand of complaints and my daughter got an accident driving the 2013 Ford Fusion due to Steering malfunction and its a total loss, the best thing is she was not hurt and no other car involved. I know car are not made perfect and it just depend how you drive and maintain. Hoping this new 2019 VW Jetta SE will be safe and reliable car to use and we will find it out. By the way C and C Ford is offering the new 2019 Ford Fusion SE for $20,000 but I declined because my daughter already have a fear driving Ford Fusion and that is the reason why I choose VW Jetta. I have two cars that I get serviced here and have had a range of small to medium issues that I have had taken care of. They have always been very quick to diagnose the issues and make sure you understand your options. They have a really nice video system where they send you a link a few minutes prior to them reaching out over the phone to a video of the inspection and recomendations they have for your car where the service technician walks through and actualy points out the issues on the car and shows you what they are talking about. Also of note they do work with aftermarket parts dealers like ECS Tuning if you want your OEM+ upgrades installed easily. I recently had an issue where the under shield was ripped along with the wheel well liner. I had them order a wheel well liner but already had the ECS Aluminum undershield, so they just installed that for me free of charge since there were no additional modifications. (obviously that last bit is key) still a lot of dealers don't even like dealing with non OEM parts. The one area for improvement is that i wish they gave you loner cars whenever you wanted them :D That was something Thompson did and it made it super convenient. But they do offer shuttle services/, quick service, and free loners on Major maintenance (like 40/80/120 or whatever your car's cycle is) but not on every oil change or what have you. Overall i have been very happy with the service and the amount of work they put in to make sure your happy and everything is how you need it. More
