Purchase of new 2017 Jetta Contacted NP VW online and spoke with Shawn in regards to purchasing a new Jetta. Quick and helpful response but was concerned with them not having the vehicle i was specifically looking for. I was originally planning on going to a different dealership but glad i didn't. Tim was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jason at the finance department also made the process very fluid and seamless. Was not pushy in trying to push any extras and can see was genuinely trying to make sure that i had coverage for anything that i may need. I have gone thru the car buying/leasing process at least 15 times in the past 3 years and i definitely have to say that this was one of the easiest and quickest experiences i had. More

I drove 2 hours to work with them a second time rather than buying from one of the many local dealerships because the experience was excellent. This second experience was even better. Tim was so helpful and willing to jump through hoops to help me. And Jason made the finance part easy. Walking in to a car dealership as a female by yourself is always hard because there are a lot of assumptions that you aren't knowledgeable. I didn't feel that way at all. On the contrary, they answered all of my questions and made me feel valued. I absolutely would go back or recommend to a friend. More
