Had to get a new key programmed. My experience started with Chase in the parts dept. He was super helpful. He ordered the key and explained the whole process. Have had 3 Volkswagens that I have had serviced here. The issue that I had for this visit that I had one tire that was slowly leaking air. I was very pressed for time but had a road trip coming up. Enter The issue that I had for this visit that I had one tire that was slowly leaking air. I was very pressed for time but had a road trip coming up. Entering the service department the service representative recognized me. I have not been there for seven years! She got me checked in asked if I was familiar with the waiting room. I sat down and an hour later the probes was found, fixed, paperwork completed and signed and I was on my way down the road. The only way they could have improved my experience is if they could have done it as I was driving there. Who knows maybe next time… More
