More importantly reviewing the sales agreement seems to show they had hidden or very expensive charges for services rendered. 1. A charge for “Pivotal Security” $349 which was explained to me at the time as a charge for registering the vehicle with the state of Illinois for theft purposes, reading on the net indicates this some kind of private security which is nothing more than a dealer add on. 2. I asked if the dealer would transfer my plates the financial guy said sure unfortunately he neglected to say it would cost $175 vs the $25 if I did it myself. So even if they keep you hanging around for so long in the little office that your brain frozen make sure you check every line on the sales contract or your deal may not be as good as you think More
