Joe Rocks! Service, Not So Much. I've been going to Joe Johnson for 2 years for my car purchases. He consistently treats me with the respect of a friend. I have nothing but praise f I've been going to Joe Johnson for 2 years for my car purchases. He consistently treats me with the respect of a friend. I have nothing but praise for him. The service department, however, as routinely taken more than one attempt at fixing issues on my truck. My Service Writer Don is amazing. It's the techs that leave a lot to be desired. Just this week I came in with an aweful noise that I thought was the turbo. After picking it up, I only had to drive ? of a mile to realize it was never driven to confirm the fix. It was only when the shop foreman got involved that the problem was identified. It took him 5 minutes and a $4 part to correct the problem. Take time to do it right once, or you'll waste time doing it twice - and piss off your bread and butter. More

She went over all the details of the vehicle, explained the options and provided knowledgeable insight to the financing process. James, my financing guy, explained all the financing options and any upgrade information making sure I had a clear understanding. I had spent days on the web and looking up local places looking at cars, and they had the one I wanted with a upgrade that didn’t cost me much because of hail damage that you could not even really see. I am so happy for my new car that I got everything and more that can take me to base to base that is safe with space for my kiddos. David Wilson was the most patience, and warm smile made me feel right at home. He spent the perfect amount of time with me, not too much, but enough to really get straight to the dirty details and work numbers type. Shawn Sancil and James Lee were also exceeding helpful with me as well. I got help with a better load than the one I had gotten with USAA. Also, a much better warranty for cheaper. Furthermore, this deal being the cheaper route as well as the upgrade it was the best value I could have imagine. I would highly recommend this place. They even tried to feed me and kept asking if I wanted something to drink, granted I didn’t take anything because I didn’t want anything. This place is going to be one I will come back for my second vehicle, and taking everyone I know. Amazing customer service. More

Smooth & easy car buying process We were not looking forward to searching for a car at a dealership, as our previous experiences had been awful and a complete waste of time. They showed us the vehicle we actually wanted to see and had there was no pressure at all. They were very organized with getting us through the system once we decided to buy. Their waiting room was comfortable with a tv and a nice fancy coffee machine to use while we waited for our turn to complete paperwork. The whole process was so smooth and we would definitely go back to them again. More
