I got just the Jeep Wrangler that I was looking for I recently purchased a used 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. After 6 mo. of research I found the jeep I wanted online. I live 200 miles from the dealership so Jacqueline sent me a video and after a few calls and texts I drove to the dealership to check the Jeep. The Jeep was all I expected and more. All the staff was great to deal with and even found me an extra discount. My trade in was valued lower than I had hoped for but it had some light hail damage. I originally purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer, I went online and found a very low mileage 2014 Ford F-150 truck. I asked if I could swap vehicles. I was expecting there to be a problem and was surprised when I was told "We can do that all we need to do is change the paperwork to reflect the truck. Karrie Smith brought the truck to me and went over how to work all the bells and whistles in the truck. I am EXTREMELY excited and pleased with my purchase.
