I called phil long they had the truck and they held it till the next day when I could get there. Everyone worked really hard to get everything done in a timely manner and I was on my way home. Great dealership to do business with. More
Awesome sales person! Truck is a lemon! The sales person was great to work with. Had a great experience. My F-350, however, has had nothing but problems. I have had it less than 4 months and driven about 1600 miles. First, it has electrical issues. The drivers seat keeps moving itself forward and the stereo changes modes randomly while im driving. The shocks are bad and will need replacing. The check engine light has come on two different times and had to bring it in for service. Both times, it took 2-3 days just to find out what was wrong with it because the "diesel" service tech was not in when my appointment was scheduled. Fortunately, I paid for the extended warranty so it only cost me my deductable to get it fixed, but it was incredibly frustrating considering I only had it a couple of months. I wrote a letter to Phil Long about possibly changing into another vehicle, but they simply offered to trade it back in. I will simply have to live with my mistake I guess. More

I got just the Jeep Wrangler that I was looking for I recently purchased a used 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. After 6 mo. of research I found the jeep I wanted online. I asked for information and in a fe I recently purchased a used 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. After 6 mo. of research I found the jeep I wanted online. I asked for information and in a few minutes Jacqueline Jenkins called. I live 200 miles from the dealership so Jacqueline sent me a video and after a few calls and texts I drove to the dealership to check the Jeep. The Jeep was all I expected and more. All the staff was great to deal with and even found me an extra discount. My trade in was valued lower than I had hoped for but it had some light hail damage. Over all I was very satisfied with the deal. Thanks to Jacqueline Jenkins for all her help and all the staff who completed the deal. More
