Despite the low inventory of cars and trucks nationally, we were able to find the *exact* Explorer that we wanted here. Bahman, our salesperson, was delightful, incredibly friendly, and thoughtful. He listened to what we needed, and helped us find a financing option that worked for us. I feel good about the Explorer I bought but one thing continues to bother me. I didn’t get a copy of the agreed upon price sheet I signed, I had just heard some devastating family news just prior to test continues to bother me. I didn’t get a copy of the agreed upon price sheet I signed, I had just heard some devastating family news just prior to test driving it and wanted to put a deposit on the vehicle but I knew I was distressed and didn’t want to decide at that moment. They asked me to sign an agreed upon price which I did knowing I could get my deposit back. Later I asked for a copy of that sheet and I was told they don’t keep them. I still don’t believe that statement. So, if you sign one of those get a copy right away, I was too stressed at the time and didn’t ask for it at the time. More
