Do not buy from this dealer. I found a car I thought would be perfect for my son, who is a new driver. After receiving a call from the dealership asking when I wanted to see the car, I told them I would be coming in that same day. We live over an hour away, and when we arrived, we were extremely disappointed to learn that the car had actually been sold four days earlier. I spoke with Tomas Gonzalez, who showed little concern about the situation or the fact that we traveled so far for a car that wasn’t even available. What made the experience worse was seeing how disappointed my son was. He worked hard, saved his money, and was excited to make his first car purchase—only to experience firsthand that some dealerships do not value customers’ time or honesty. Remember: dealership staff are not family or friends, and in our experience here, they were not interested in helping—only in making a sale. I strongly recommend going elsewhere. We recently purchased a car for my wife at another dealership without any issues, which shows that good, honest dealers still exist—just not here. More
