Brandon is wonderful, kind, and helpful, but the service isn’t what it used to be. My 2022 X3 SUV has been in about 4 times for a persistent water leak in the ceiling above the driver’s side, first time sai isn’t what it used to be. My 2022 X3 SUV has been in about 4 times for a persistent water leak in the ceiling above the driver’s side, first time said it was debris blocking the drainage and charged me $800 to clear it. A week later, same problem. The car is still leaking every time it rains or snows, and every time the vehicle comes back with a new problem. Now the visor light doesn’t work, AND the leak is still happening. Very frustrating. Need to drive with an umbrella inside the car. Also, they are gouging on the prices…..$800 to remove leaves and when I noticed 2 car seat clips missing in the rear seats, they told me $500 each to order and install them, and I don’t use a car seat, so not even sure how they broke. In this economy, gouging your loyal customers is not a smart move, particularly when the service is less than stellar. More
