Was looking at a 2020 vehicle then decided to go with a 2019 and made the deal and signed paper. A few days later they call me to say they messed up the paperwork. They said they gave me the rate on the 2 2019 and made the deal and signed paper. A few days later they call me to say they messed up the paperwork. They said they gave me the rate on the 2020 and said the rate will be going up along with my monthly payment so I needed to come sign new papers. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. Was like a bait and switch. After we told them no they ultimately ended up working it out with the bank to honor the rate. I appreciate they got the bank to honor the rate but why call me without checking with the bank first. Only after we were irate and complained did they go and ask the bank to honor the dealerships screw up. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and will not be going back. The vehicle is great but the experience was terrible. More

I was told the truck I ordered would be avaiable to pick on the 3rd of January so I signed the paperwork including a trade in vehicle which then was delayed, dealership transferred the tags on my trade in v on the 3rd of January so I signed the paperwork including a trade in vehicle which then was delayed, dealership transferred the tags on my trade in vehicle without the truck being present I purchased or notifying me which led me being pulled over by the police and being informed my vehicle of 8 years which was was illegal to drive because the tags where transferred even though the Sierra denali I purchased was delayed without an estimated date of arrival. This entire transaction has been a complete nightmare. More

We had Art Korolov as our salesman. Art is an ex marine who was very straight forward and honest with what he could and couldn’t offer price wise. Although the delivery of our car was delayed for a period who was very straight forward and honest with what he could and couldn’t offer price wise. Although the delivery of our car was delayed for a period of time because of Covid related issues, Rivard provided my wife with a loaner car until such time as her car was delivered. Two weeks after signing our paperwork, Rivard sent us a beautiful tin of chocolate chip cookies, which were excellent! Before we bought our 2022 Encore GX, we shopped three different dealerships, and Rivard was head and shoulders above all of the other dealerships.
