Hello. I appreciate your reply and your apology. Mr. Williams did not listen to what we wanted in fact was very rude and had a bad demeanor throughout the whole process. Not only was the incorrect paperwork filed but the headache and time wasted trying to fix it. Advised what we wanted exactly, keep over speaking things like “this is the way it is” nothing can be changed in the paperwork. Which obviously we knew was not true as we have purchased cars before, in fact purchased all our cars from there without any issue before. Also, made offers such as free oils changes for a year, never received that commitment. You hear sales people lie, didn’t relate until this experience. Really does matter who you’re working with and how much they are willing to go the extra mile or even do their job with passion. On the contrary, threaten me there was no going van on the deal as he had already spent “overtime” and want letting this commission go away. Despite his bad attitude, he raised his voice at my wife where she left the building without HER new car because of the disrespect given. Feel free to give me or my wife a call we would be more than willing to give details of that horrific day that cost us lots of money for something that just make us angry looking at.
