Salesperson Ryan Quinones handled the entire transaction from first contact through contract review. The One-Price Model Is Real Royal operates on a stated "Royal ONE" philosophy — one price, one person, no haggling. For the most part this held true. The MSRP discount was applied transparently, the Summer Escape promotion was honored, and dealer markup games that plague most transactions were absent. The doc fee was $75 — one of the lowest I've seen. For buyers who come in prepared, this model works well. For buyers who expect to negotiate below the stated price, you'll find less flexibility. Omer was a wonderful salesman to work with I have been in the dealership 2 times before I finally made my decision. And my Ideal GMC was over 100 miles away and he drove to go pick it up and bring it back in the dealership 2 times before I finally made my decision.
