Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.
The dealership has been bestowed the highest honor for customer satisfaction and owner loyalty at Ford Motor Company, The NACE Award (three years in a row) and for over 25+ years has been in the Top Twenty Club as well as being named a "Top 500 Dealer" by Ward's Dealer Magazine. Vince was amazing - showed exemplary customer service! I was in town from Houston and had an issue with my 2016 Ford F150. I took it to Vince thinking my extended warranty would cover the repair costs sinc I was in town from Houston and had an issue with my 2016 Ford F150. I took it to Vince thinking my extended warranty would cover the repair costs since we are in 2020. When my extended warranty didn't (not surprising), rather than simply charging me for the repairs, Vince went out of his way to research the actual dates that the factory warranty took effect on my truck and it turned out to be covered by the Ford factory warranty; thus saving me lots of money! He could have taken the simple route and charged me, but Vince displayed professional courtesy and did what was best for me, the customer. I make several trips up to the Dallas area and it is nice to know I have someone trustworthy that will look out for my best interest to take my truck to if I have to. Thanks again, Vince! More

It all started with a great recommendation from Megan Ramberg, who put me in touch with RJ. RJ threw the sweet alley oop to Jared and it was like watching D Wade throw that famous lob to Lebron. The service was top tier, they went above and beyond to make a dream come true! This cowboy finally got his dream pickup truck! To say I am thankful would be an understatement. If you are the person that reads reviews before you go to a dealership, trust me when I say it.. "The Five Star in Carrollton is the only place you should be getting a Ford from!" That was not a paid advertisement. They make things happen and the service is amazing! More
