Dina is an excellent salesperson, didn’t use any of the regular Dealer BS or games. Got straight to business and got me a good price on my car considering the times. This was the worst communication in the service department I have ever had. No call backs. No information. Constant ten-minute hold times and then when someone got on the phone they said all of the department I have ever had. No call backs. No information. Constant ten-minute hold times and then when someone got on the phone they said all of the service technicians were busy now and they would call me back to let me know if the car was ready. No one did. It took 12 calls to finally have someone advise me the car was ready. When I picked up the car no one said a word other than the receptionist to say the car was outside but not tell me where it was. I eventually found it and left. Again, worst experience with a service department I ever had. More

I researched on-line the 2023 Cadillac XT4 and XT5. I compared features, performance and most of all value.All promotions pointed to Sarant. I found the exact car I wanted to purchase. I was greeted by sales professional,Dominic VIvo. In a calm professional manner he helped me navigate the purchase of my 2023 XT5. The financial aspect of my purchase was discussed with Vic. I appreciated his no pressure approach to additional options offered by Cadillac. After all the paperwork was completed and keys given to me,Dominic once again introduced an in-depth description of all the features of the car. I felt confident in leaving the dealership with my XT5. I visited the showroom 4 times within a week to submit and complete the necessary paperwork. I found the staff was courteous and helpful.
