The pickup process for the new vehicle was slow and they should look at ways to speed it up. It took about three and a half hours to do the paperwork. We got a letter from Ford Motor Credit correcting 2 additional mistakes they made on the application. Some additional training on the paperwork procedures may be helpful. More

The service assistant who called to tell me what was wrong with my car, was not knowledgable about my account. He told me I needed a new radiator and that it would cost $1,400 to$1,600. I was stunned- he had not checked about any warranty or the mileage on my vehicle. I have an extended warranty with a $50 copay on covered parts & labor. I hope there is more training for your staff in this area. More
