I never felt pressured or felt like any games were being played with me like other dealers have done in the past. I have never ever taken the time to review a dealership or anyone at a dealership but I am doing this because she was very very nice, genuinely took the time to talk to me, understand where I was coming from and tried her best to reason out (NOT PUT PRESSURE like others do). This was an interaction like no other, and I will happily vouch for the dealership and the people in it. Been here a couple times, and everyone is very warm, drama and headache free. Juanil Munoz, our sales person, was well informed and a delightful person to deal with. Sometimes you run into a salesperson who provides outstanding service, and this was one of those times. When the sale was complete, we were unable to drive the vehicle home with us. It came as a complete surprise to us when Juanil offered to drive the car home for us. With the help of a porter, she did exactly that. This was above and beyond expectations! Needless to say, my wife and I are very happy customers.
