Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Everyone at Subaru of Jacksonville was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jerry Johnson was transparent and friendly, always making sure all of my questions were answered and that the process went as smoothly as I could have asked for. He consistently gave me a realistic timeline on delivery and established trust from our first interaction. AJ Miller was great in the finance office, making sure I received the best rate, matching the extremely competitive offer I received from my bank, and truly helped me understand my options when it came to the complimentary 2-year maintenance plan. The dealership was clean, full of friendly and helpful individuals, and best of all, honest throughout the entire process.
