I have mobility issues and walk with a cane, and Byron was sure to take this into consideration when showing me the vehicle that I was interested in. He was also VERY knowledgeable and well versed in the KIA Soul, the vehicle, I was interested in, and was able to show me and explain to me all of the pertinent features. I felt VERY comfortable with him and not too pressured to buy as with most commission salesmen. My overall experience was excellent and I look forward to further business with Summit Place KIA. More

He also came up with suggestions of vehicles that we might not have ever looked at. We ended up buying one of the ones he suggested for us versus what we were thinking. He knows his products very well and was able to open up other options for us that we did not know about.
