We were greeted as soon as we were walking across the lot! It was a great first impression. Then we were introduced to Jennifer and she is amazing at what she does. She asked me what I was looking for sp lot! It was a great first impression. Then we were introduced to Jennifer and she is amazing at what she does. She asked me what I was looking for specific in my new car as well as my idea payment to make sure I was in the right ballpark. I let her know things I absolutely wanted and from those things she was able to suggestion some options available that she thought I would want. She has continued to answer all of my questions that have come up since purchasing my new Traverse last Saturday. Also when getting ready to leave the lot in my new vehicle, the girl explaining the buttons and options in the car was excellent. She helped me set up MyChevorlet app and account as well as getting our OnStar set up. Jennifer and all of the other members at Tom Gill Chevy went above and beyond for my family and we will remember this the next time we are ready for a new vehicle! Thank you, again! More
