My first THANKS I would like to extend is to Jordan Holt. I had an appointment to pick up a key for my car we had just purchased. I wasn't sure what department I was suppose to be in. Brought my truck in for service and was assigned Justin as an advisor...request someone else if you are sat down at his desk....RUN! Couldn't answer basic questions on recommended service, doesn't answer h as an advisor...request someone else if you are sat down at his desk....RUN! Couldn't answer basic questions on recommended service, doesn't answer his phone, has zero knowledge about service. No one KNOWS what the issue is, everything is ambiguous..."welll if it isn't that it's this and that will cost (X) amount of dollars" "but worst case scenario it could cost this".... It's a xxxxxxxx service dept and likely the POOR quality of mechanics at Tom Gill is behind it. These guys SUCK...AVOID TOM GILL CHEVY More
