Discrepancy with what I had requested (free oil change that came with lease agreement), versus what I received (oil change + "customer requested wheel alignment"). Tony blamed automated service scheduling, yet I explained that I had spoken to a live person and email confirms requested oil change with no mention of wheel alignment. Tony said there was nothing he could do, despite my questions and confusion. Calls have not been returned after messages left with Lucas for service managers to please reach out and via customer service survey. I just want to understand how this happened...it's not even about the money. I feel taken advantage of and my trust in this service center has been lost. Rating could be improved with a simple call back or explanation. More

After signing in with Chris, I went to the lounge to wait. Upon arriving, a nice lady was filling the popcorn machine etc. and asked if I would like something to drink.
