Appalled by experience, can't believe they are allowed to function as an authorized Toyota service center. Offered almost $1000 worth of service that my 2021 RAV4 simply did not need (already done, not appro function as an authorized Toyota service center. Offered almost $1000 worth of service that my 2021 RAV4 simply did not need (already done, not appropriate for miles or driving conditions per the maintenance guide, alignment performed with tires that needed to be replaced). Needed warranty service as well and they booked a follow-up appointment for that, then told me when I came for the follow-up that the warranty service was not available. Will not return, please think twice before coming here for service. More
