My favorite dealership, ever! From the welcome to the finish and everything in between, Toyota of Cleveland is awesome. My salesman, Ian Bentley, was professional, yet easy going. From the welcome to the finish and everything in between, Toyota of Cleveland is awesome. My salesman, Ian Bentley, was professional, yet easy going. He never pressured us on anything. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He is very good at his job. He found the perfect car for us and walked us through the process of trading in our existing Toyota, where we met Shane DeFoor. Shane was eager to help us and was great to negotiate with. After we came to an agreement, we met Justice Goodner, who assisted us with our financing. Justice was very thorough and professional. He then handed us back to Ian, who was busy getting our new Toyota ready for us. Ian spent time acquainting us with our new car and also got our car synced with the Toyota App. We are very pleased with our purchase, as well as with Toyota of Cleveland. They truly go the extra distance. More
