I am a 71 year old retired woman who was completely scammed by TOYOTA. I traded in my Honda CR-V for a 2017 Infiniti QX60. TWO WEEKS LATER, the alarm wouldn’t stop — it was to the point where it was waking the whole neighborhood! I even had Neighbors ringing my doorbell thinking something was wrong. 😡 I took my car in and they kept it for over a week.. Toyota couldn’t fix it, Nissan couldn’t fix it, no one knew what was going on. I ended up having to trade for a different car and lost everything I paid upfront. they kept my $4,000 trade-in, three months of prepaid car payments, AND tacked $7,000 from the faulty Infiniti onto my new car loan. They sugar-coated excuses instead of taking responsibility. This is predatory, dishonest, and cruel. 💡 Women: DO NOT GO ALONE. Bring someone with you, or they WILL take advantage of you. I wish I had a warning like this before it was too late. Avoid Toyota of Cleveland at all costs! ❌🚗💸

We Apologize that you're not happy with your purchase. After multiple dealerships failing to find the issue, we did recommend trading it. The Infiniti was purchased August 8th, and you notified us October 14th about the horn issue. It’s not uncommon for older vehicles with over 100,000 miles to possibly need repairs through time of ownership. Not sure exactly what went wrong with the Infiniti, but it wasn’t an issue at the time of purchase. We helped with loaning a vehicle and rides while we attempted to repair the Infiniti to help you and lessen the inconvenience. When trading became the option, your son was involved through the entire process from purchase price, trade value, all the way up to talking to the finance manager while finalizing the paperwork. We welcomed his help ensuring your satisfaction with the situation with him having a long career as a successful auto salesman himself. Between everything done to try to resolve the issue with the Infiniti, to making you a great deal on the new vehicle because of your situation, we are sincerely sorry that you’re dissatisfied with your purchase but wanted you to understand we went above and beyond to try and help!

I never said I was not happy with the venza I said you scammed me out of three car payment that I paid in advance and the 4000dollars for my trade in and you tried to dustfie why I would get it back and then you tacked ,7000 dollars on the back end of the venza and first of all no one offered me a ride or a loner vehicle stop lying and making excuses
