We were made comfortable and our salesman Nathan Walker stayed with us and walked us through the paperwork. He answered all of our questions and took his time. When we went to finalize the purchase he went to get the Tacoma ready to leave. The finance director Taylor Alton walked us through the paperwork and explained each service and all details. There was no pressure to add anything extra. Everyone at the dealership was personable and extremely nice. They were very concerned that we were getting the vehicle that we wanted. I would give a 4. 5 but that is not an option. Ethan was the salesmen that helped us with the car testing, questioning and ultimately buying process. He is good at hi 5 but that is not an option. He is good at his job and was very courteous and patient with us and was not pushy about the possible sale (Ethan gets 5 stars). The test driving process was very good. We asked if we could take the vehicle home for the weekend but dealerships typically don't do that anymore it turns out. So they let us take the vehicle out on a 2-hour test drive which was very helpful in evaluating and getting to know the car. We ended up buying a used 2020 vehicle that we had found on CarGurus. The only minor disappointment was there was no flexibility on the price or trade in value. The pre-fiance paperwork has gotten out of control in my opinion (not Ethan's fault) and he thanked us for our patience thru that process. Not sure how you fix that but it's a pain. Maybe you should give out gift cards for restaurants for the pain and suffering of the pre-financing paperwork that the lawyers have created. The finance process was handled by Tyler, (GO DAWGS!) and he gets 5 stars. He explained everything clearly and was not pushy on the additional warranties and coverage's (I appreciated that). This process is pretty much the same as what I expected. I would do business with them again if the opportunity arose. More
