I went in for an oil change and left with the perfect used vehicle for my daughter, thanks to Alfred Odister. Alfred helped me find a power outlet so I could work while I waited on service of my own used vehicle for my daughter, thanks to Alfred Odister. Alfred helped me find a power outlet so I could work while I waited on service of my own vehicle. He has an excellent personality and attitude, and very warm and welcoming. So, I asked him to help me figure out the perfect reliable vehicle for my daughter. You couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful sales guy. He wasn't salesy, actually. He was genuine, as though he was finding a vehicle for his own daughter. He was also a lot of fun to work with! He even made me coffee! When I decided to buy, Alfred and Justice were able to get my transaction paperwork wrapped up very quickly so I could be on my way to my next appointment. Very thankful for their promptness and attention. Alfred was awesome in helping me make the car a surprise too! I was able to surprise my daughter, with a red bow on top!! So, I received my excellent routine maintenance for my own vehicle, while also adding to my fleet with my daughter's real "first car" that she will love for many years. A neighbor here in Chattanooga told me he had a very positive experience with this dealership 25 miles away. My own experience yesterday confirmed this. I phoned to find out if the car I wanted was available. I was told there were none. Shortly afterwards, I got a call back letting me know that a car was just returned from an overnight test drive. I drove out to see it and looked at some other cars as well. The young salesman was helpful without being pushy. He admitted when there was information he didn’t know and didn’t try to BS me. They let me take the car I was interested in back to Chattanooga to show my husband, who was stuck at work. I was gone for about 2 hours. I returned about 7:30 pm, and about 8:00 pm (closing time), we started working on the purchase. The finance guy and manager worked with me to get the best interest rate and extended a courtesy to get past a small challenge. I appreciated their “can do” attitude to get the deal done and papers signed. I left at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night. The salesman waited until we were done with the finance stuff and helped download and launch the Toyota app to register my new vehicle. It was nearly 10:30 pm when I left in the new car. I will definitely do business here again. More
A small mix up on an internet advertised vehicle at first upset me. It was not ready to show and drive when I arrived. We went to a close restaurant and had a quick meal. Jesse called just as we were finishing and informed us the vehicle was ready to drive, by the time we returned he had also vacuumed and cleaned the inside himself. We ended up buying this vehicle and why we did the paperwork, Jesse again jumped in, went to service and had the oil changed, filled the tank and washed the vehicle. I had a good experience with everyone there from Jesse to the sales manager and finance were all great. More

We began exploring the purchase of a 2021 Sienna in May and quickly realized there was a shortage of available new vehicles. In our search, we contacted 5 Toyota dealers within 100 miles or so either by ph and quickly realized there was a shortage of available new vehicles. In our search, we contacted 5 Toyota dealers within 100 miles or so either by phone, in person, or online. We encountered personnel who were either very aggressive and, frankly, pushy to others who confirmed the scarcity of vehicles and did not seem interested in trying to put forth the extra effort to find what we wanted. The most helpful dealership by far was Toyota of Cleveland. On our first visit with the dealership, we met Sales Consultant Taylor Alton and Trainee Tim Harris. Both of these gentlemen showed my husband and me the utmost respect and listened to the features we were looking for in a vehicle. Mr. Alton worked diligently with us in trying to find a van that would meet our needs. During the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, other members of the sales and internet team (Mr. Alvarado, Mr. Covington, Ms. Cofer, Mr. Walker) were also instrumental in answering questions. It became evident early in our search that to get the vehicle we wanted, a special order would have to be placed. With the assistance of Mr. Alton and Mr. Covington, we were able to order a new van in early June, and it was built to our specifications and delivered to the dealership the second week of August. During the wait period, Mr. Alton contacted us periodically to give us updates on how the build was progressing and to let us know an approximate delivery date. When we took possession of the vehicle, we came to the dealership with preapproval from our desired lending institution, where we dealt with Finance Director Tyler Ratledge. Again, Mr. Ratledge, like every member of the Toyota of Cleveland team, was kind, professional, and made us feel as if our business was appreciated. He thoroughly explained all of the paperwork and offered (without being pushy) options such as warranty and maintenance contracts available for purchase if we were interested. And, finally, I want to mention Mr. Monte Burney, the general manager of Toyota of Cleveland. He contacted us early in the process for feedback about our experience with his dealership. I responded about how impressed we were with his team. Shortly after giving our special order, we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Mr. Burney and the dealership thanking us for joining the Toyota of Cleveland family. Now, who does that? We were so grateful for this thoughtful act, and can honestly say this dealership really does make customers feel as if they are a part of their family. More
