Best Experience Ever I am from Nashville, and unfortunately, my transmission went out on my old vehicle when I was driving through Chattanooga on my way home. I had to stay in Chattanooga overnight and needed to search for a new vehicle. I was referred to Cleveland Toyota by a good friend of mine (who is from Chattanooga), so I found a car I was interested in on their website. Monte' was able to set aside the car until I was able to return the next week to test drive it. When I returned the following week, Monte' and Prestion already had my paperwork completed should I want to purchase the vehicle. I test drove it and immediately wanted to purchase the vehicle. Justin arranged for pick up of my trade in (as it was being worked on at another dealership) so I wouldn't have to drive back to Chattanooga to return the car. Tyler was very helpful, open and honest about warranty and financing and was able to make this purchase happen for me. The entire process took less than three hours and I happily drove back to Nashville in my first brand new car, a 2019 Camry. Everyone was kind, helpful and had wonderful attitudes.
