They are the best dealer around!!! My husband and I searched for over a month trying to find the best car for us since ours died. We only had a limited budget and needed something relia My husband and I searched for over a month trying to find the best car for us since ours died. We only had a limited budget and needed something reliable because we have a special needs child. They were the first place we looked and the car we saw just had too many issues so we passed. Well a month later, on the last day of our search, I decided to go back. We ended up looking at the exact same car and they fixed all the issues with it. And even with the fixes and everything they put into it, they still honored the original deal and got us the car for what we needed. They were very friendly and worked super hard to make sure they got us the best car and best deal in Cleveland. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car ever again. I literally went to every dealer in Cleveland and most in Chattanooga and Toyota of Cleveland had the friendliest and most helpful employees. And they did everything they could to make us comfortable. And the thing I was most impressed with was that they will not put out bad quality vehicles.
