The staff at Toyota of Cleveland was great and knowledgeable. It was a great pleasure working with my sales representative Austin Calfee, And the financial representative Julien Allinder. Big D, Taylor and Matthew really helped me. I went into the dealership at the beginning of February and they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for but they did provide a timeline on when it would arrive. It took a few weeks but Noah kept me upda and they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for but they did provide a timeline on when it would arrive. It took a few weeks but Noah kept me updated on its status a couple times a week. He answered all my questions and immediately notified me when it arrived. He did an amazing job and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Toyota of Cleveland. More
