While I have never been able to but a vehicle without some frustration with the dealership process this far better than some previous experiences. Fortunately, I hooked up with Kenny a seasoned salesman some frustration with the dealership process this far better than some previous experiences. I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have visited Toyota of Cleveland. Salespeople listen to your expectations in a vehicle and are not at all pushy.
