I didn't have the best experience with Toyota of Cleveland. I bought a 2015 Equinox from them. The salesman was name Tim who is not there not now. I have had trouble with this SUV since I had it. I Cleveland. I bought a 2015 Equinox from them. The salesman was name Tim who is not there not now. I have had trouble with this SUV since I had it. I wanted to change my extended warranty the next day & was told that I couldn't cause I was told by a family member that I didnt have the best warranty. I was a single woman excited about buying me a car from Toyota but what a mistake. This Equinox has been trouble since I had it. Its now had issues that I can't afford & I had call once before but I just hung up the phone. Just a very dissatisfied customer. More
