How often do you say that about buying a car? And, this was a remote purchase over the internet, so I started with absolutely no sense of who I was dealing with at first. I crossed my fingers, hoped for the best. And, whenever I picked up the phone there was a human being on the other end, working on the various aspects of the deal. They followed up and did their jobs quickly. And they were pretty relaxed about it. It seems simple, but if you have bought a few cars, you know this is actually rare. And, I have had experiences that are completely the opposite at other dealerships. The list of ways a dealership can alienate a customer goes on and on. At Tucson Subaru, none of these things came close to happening. By the middle of my purchase I knew I could trust this place. I'm very happy with my experience. Five out of five stars. More

An Outstanding Employee We have had a problem with the radio on our new 2018 Subaru Outback since we bought it back in 2017. No one has been able to fix this small, but irri We have had a problem with the radio on our new 2018 Subaru Outback since we bought it back in 2017. No one has been able to fix this small, but irritating issue. When I took our car in for routine service yesterday, I was fortunate enough to have service manager Jade Hilliard wait on me. I told her about this issue and she listened attentively. Within a matter of a few minutes she was able to fix the issue! This despite the fact that the service department was packed with other customers. Her patience, her knowledge and her excellent people skills rank her as an outstanding ambassador for Tucson Subaru. Always looking for small odds and ends I've gone to Tucson Subaru for a bunch of parts over the last two years. I'm currently building a 2017 STi and often run across small clips, plugs, re I've gone to Tucson Subaru for a bunch of parts over the last two years. I'm currently building a 2017 STi and often run across small clips, plugs, retainers, and misc items that need to be replaced. I've worked with Scott Buford, in Service, for all of these parts. In most cases, I know of the parts location and what it does but not much more. Scott is always smiling, easy to deal with, and never gets frustrated when we search through schematics to find the right part. I would say Scott actually enjoys the challenge. Often this work is all done for a few bucks of parts. The car is almost finished and because of Scott Buford @ Tucson Subaru, all the fine details are complete too. I couldn't be happier with Scott and remaining staff. (And they have Chocolate Chip cookies :-) !! ) More
