I was fine until he disregarded what I asked of him which was the bow. It's the little things. Plus, no follow-up calls etc. no paper work. Selling a car is easy. It was ok. Alex made it happen. This is for the service side of things. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Took me 8 days to get my car serviced for a check engine light. Had no communication about what was going on despite calling every day just trying to figure out what is going on. The employees work hard but it seems there is no training and when a problem comes up they just say they will call you later and nothing. This has been the WORST experience I have had while getting my car serviced. This entire thing has been nothing but a headache and all i wanted was a phone call explaining what was going on. I don't see why that is so hard. The communication here is terrible. More
