Incredible. Period. No words to say how happy I am with Nick Theodore and his professionalism and courtesy towards me. I have purchased many cars from Valley Period. I have purchased many cars from Valley Honda, but never have I felt more comfortable during my visit than with Nick. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles, and ALL of my questions and concerns were answered. Nick bent over backwards to help me, and went way out of his way to provide me with a fantastic vehicle (2022 Honda Passport), at a very fair price. Nick was friendly, and empathetic to my needs. Sal did a great job helping me. From my first inquiry he quickly responded & helped me thru the process. The financing & supporting staff was also very helpful. Another associate (I think his name was Ray) also helped me with details about the Ridgeline, he has owned several Ridgelines. Overall a positive experience, the only negative is that there is not much room for negotiations with this dealership. I was disappointed with my trade in, I was able to slightly increase my trade in value, also negotiated a better % rate with financing that made me feel better about my deal. The vehicle went for list price. All things said, I would do this again, I really like my Ridgeline. More
