Traded my 2018 Cherokee in on a 2021 Cherokee on 12 31 21. Dealership was great to deal with. Very friendly easy going and stayed past closing at 3pm on new years eve to get paperwork completed and jeep d 21. Dealership was great to deal with. I bought my 2018 at a different much larger chester county dealership and the experience was totally different. Would reccomend anyone looking for a dodge jeep or Chrysler to stop at videon 1st. You definitely feel they care about what you want and can afford and not try to upsell you and get you to purchase a more expensive model. More

Kevin was thorough, caring, responsive and most of all honest. Didn't hide any information and didn't have any surprises throughout the transaction. The finance manager for pre owned vehicles? Seems to not be interested in closing a deal or selling. Marge however is wonderful, extremely thorough and makes you feel at home for the most stressful purchase of buying a car.
